Terms of Use

Account and eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use STARMONDO. If you are under 18, get a parent's permission before making purchases. You are responsible for all activity on your account; saving your account with Apple or Google keeps your stars safe if you lose your phone.

Symbolic naming

Names you give to a star, the Moon, the Sun or a planet in STARMONDO are symbolic and for entertainment. They are not official names, are not recognized by the International Astronomical Union and do not create any ownership right. In the app, each celestial object can be named by only one user at a time.

Purchases and Stardust

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store terms. Stardust is a virtual unit used only inside the app; it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Refunds follow the store refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Right of withdrawal

Digital content such as stars, Stardust and decorations is delivered immediately with your consent at the moment of purchase, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. If a purchase fails or is not delivered, write to destek@fmteknoloji.com; we also support refund requests made through the store. If a purchase is refunded through the store, its value is deducted from your Stardust balance. Stardust stays valid while your account is open; unused balance is not refunded if you delete your account or if it is closed for breaking the rules.

Competitions

Crowns, leagues, rankings and the countries race are for entertainment; rewards are only in-app badges and Stardust. No cash prizes are given. If cheating, fake accounts or automation are detected, rewards may be revoked and the account closed.

Prohibited conduct

Cheating, creating multiple or fake accounts to earn rewards, using bots or automation, copying or reverse engineering the app, trying to access the server without permission and exploiting bugs for your own benefit are prohibited. If you find a bug, please tell us; we are grateful for bugs that are reported and not abused.

Content and responsibility

You are responsible for the content you add and grant us the permission needed to display it in STARMONDO. Content that breaks the Community Guidelines is removed; repeated violations lead to suspension or closure of the account.

Sky messages

Your messages reach a random user somewhere in the world; when and to whom they arrive is not guaranteed. Do not share phone numbers, addresses or other personal information in messages. Messages are moderated automatically and those that break the rules are not delivered.

Bulk gift codes

Bulk gift codes are bought inside the app with Stardust and given as gifts; they cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. Each code can be used once and lets the recipient name a star chosen among faint stars. When unused codes are cancelled, the Stardust paid is returned to the code owner; if the account is deleted, unused codes become invalid.

VIP and chat

VIP lasts 30 days, is bought with Stardust and does not renew automatically. Chats start from messages caught in the sky; both sides stay anonymous to each other. The Community Guidelines apply to chats; sharing personal information and harassment are not allowed, and violations may restrict the account without refunding VIP time.

Gifts

When you gift a star, it passes to the recipient with its design once they accept, and it is removed from your account. A gift that is not accepted returns to you when it expires.

Intellectual property

The app's design, software, name and logo belong to FM Teknoloji. Astronomy data comes from openly licensed sources listed in the About section.

Service

Sky positions are shown using astronomical calculations; small deviations may occur depending on phone sensors. We may change features to improve the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Account closure

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the rules; except for severe violations, we warn first. You can appeal a decision within 30 days at destek@fmteknoloji.com.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and FM Teknoloji; Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app in advance. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within legal limits.
