Community Guidelines

The sky belongs to everyone

STARMONDO is a sky where people from all over the world share their love, memories and wishes. These rules help everyone feel safe and welcome.

Not allowed

Nudity and sexual content; anything that endangers children; hate speech, harassment and threats; glorifying violence; scams, spam and asking for money; sharing someone else's phone number, address or personal information; impersonating another person or brand; copyright infringement.

Report and block

If you see an inappropriate star or message, tap "Report"; you can block anyone. Reports are confidential. Child safety reports are handled immediately and forwarded to the authorities when required.

Fair play

Crowns, leagues and the countries race must be fair for everyone. Fake accounts, bots, light-trading groups and bought lights are not allowed; rankings gained this way are removed.

Enforcement

Violating content is removed. Repeated violations lead first to suspension, then to account closure. Severe violations lead to immediate closure. You can appeal a decision within 30 days at destek@fmteknoloji.com; appeals are reviewed by a person.
